Selecting a town or city name:

Note: Currently possible in person registration forms.

1. Click on the small icon to the right of the "City/town" input. A window will appear.
2. The ten most frequentyl used names will be displayed on the list.
3. If the name is on the list, click on it.
4. If the name is not on the list, type it (or some beginning letters) into the search input.
5. Click on the "Search" button.
6. The search result will be displayed on a list.

Adding a new town or city name

1. Select "Special Tools" from the main menu.
2. Select "Address Management".
3. Enter username and password if prompted
4. Select "Enter New Data".
5. Enter the relevant data into the form.
