Dicom Images

- How to list available Dicom images?
- Select "Radiology" from the left main menu.
- Select "DICOM Images" from the displayed submenu in the main page.
- Enter username and password if prompted.
- The search page will appear. Enter a search keyword to search for the patient. You can enter one of the following
- PID number
- first name
- family
- some beginning letters (or numbers) of the above
- the wild card "%" to display all patients with dicom images
- combination of search word and "%"
The search results will be displayed as a list. (Screenshot: dicom search result) If the image has an accompanying note, the "info" icon will be displayed beside its upload date. To read the image's accompanying note, click on its "info" icon. A window will pop up displaying the note's details.
- How to view Dicom images?
- Click on the "small torso" icon in the "View here" column to start the Dicom viewer inside the current main frame.
- Click on the "torso/window" icon in the "View in window" column to start the Dicom viewer in a separate pop-up window.
