Encounter/Patient images or photos

- How to view images or photos of a particular encounter?
- Enter a ward or outpatient clinic
- Click on the "green folder" icon to open the patient's charts folder
- Click the "Photos" button
- A multi-frame page will appear with the thumbnails of existing photos on the left frame.
- To view a photo or image, click on its thumbnail. The image will be displayed on the right frame.
- How to manipulate the image?
- Click on the thumbnail to display the image on the right frame.
- Click the "Show control panel" option on the upper corner of the right frame.
- The java applet buttons should appear
- Functions to manipulate the image
- Reset
- Flip (vertical mirror)
- Invert (inverts the color table)
- Lighten
- Darken
- Rotate (rotates 30° clockwise)
- Zoom in
- Zoom out
- Threshold
- Smooth
- Sharpen
- Find edges
- How to edit the image?
- Click on the thumbnail to display the image on the right frame.
- Click the "Edit image with ImageJ" option on the top of the image.
- The ImageJ applet will launch and the image will be shown in a separate child window.
- To edit or manipulate the image, read the user manual of ImageJ from here (http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/index.html)
