How to add a doctor?
  • Click "Special tools" on the left main menu.
  • Click "Personnel Management" on the displayed submenu on the main page.
  • Enter username and password if prompted.
  • Search for the doctor's registration data first, to check if he is already registered.
  • If the person is not yet registered (not found), register him first by selecting the "New Person" tab option.
  • Once the person's registration data is displayed (of after you have registered him), click the "Add employ" button.
  • Enter the employment data and click the "Save" button.
  • Once you see the employment data, click on the "Assign as DOCTOR to a department".
  • If prompted, select a department.
  • The doctor's name will be displayed on the lower part of the succeeding page.
  • Click the "plus" icon to add the doctor to the department's list.
