How to create own's product catalog?

1. Click "Medical Depot" (or "Pharmacy) on the main menu.

2. Click "My product catalog" on the subsequent page.

3. Search for the product. Enter a search keyword and click the "Search" button.

4. A search keyword can be:

  • Product's name
  • Product's description
  • Ordering number (number internal to your organization)

5. The results will be displayed on a list.

6. If the product is on the list, you can display its complete information by:

  • clicking on the blue "info" icon
  • clicking on its name

7. To add the product to your catalog

  • click on the green down arrow icon
  • or click the "Put this article in the catalog" button that appears below the product's complete information
Note

Your product catalog is not the product databank. A product catalog is only a listing of products that you order very often for your department. It aids in creating your order "sheets" quickly by avoiding searching for the product.
