Requesting a test
  • Click "Test request"
  • Search for the patient first by entering a search keyword.
  • If the patient is on the resulting list, click the button beside it.
  • Enter the appropriate request information or select the needed test.
  • Enter the date (if not the default date).
  • Enter the physician's or clinician's name
  • Click the "Save" button.
Processing pending request
  • Click "Pending request"
  • The pending requests' numbers will be listed on the left column, while the first request form on the list will be automatically displayed.
  • To display another request form, click on its number on the left column.
  • Acknowledge the request form by entering the date, initial findings, technician's name, and other relevant data.
  • Click the "Save" button to acknowlege.
Entering diagnostic findings or reports
  • After acknowledging the request form, press the "Findings" button.
  • Type the findings, reports, or diagnosis.
  • Enter date (if not the default date).
  • Type physician's or clinician's name.
  • Click "Save" button.
