Uploading Encounter images

How to upload images or photos of an encounter?

• Click "Special tools" on left main menu.
• Click "Fotolab" on the sub menu.
• Search for the patient by entering a search keyword
• Search keywords can be:

The encounter number (or admission number)

Name, first name, or a few characters.

• When the patient is found on the list, click the "green" icon.
• Browse the image to be uploaded
• Enter the date when the image was taken
• Click "Save".
